Water Smart Testing, LLC was founded by Rachel Carter in 2021 to provide analytical services to the Missouri Ozarks. Located in Rolla, Missouri, our laboratory provides sampling and testing services across North, South, East & Western Missouri.

Rachel Carter
Water Laboratory Manager Rachel has a B.S. in Biological Sciences and a M.S. in Applied Environmental Biology from University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology). Rachel has worked in the analytical services industry for over 19 years, providing waste water and drinking water sampling and testing services to clients in the Missouri Ozarks.
