Why choose us
Be your own Advocate!
There is not ALWAYS an "easy answer" or "quick fix" to a water problem. Sometimes it is just as easy as making sure you keep your trap filled in that sink or drain that is rarely used. Or cleaning out your water heater and or water softener. Another important factor could be to change out your water filter system when the directions tell you too - instead of
trying to keep the filter in until you can see its full!!
Drinking Water Testing
Buying or selling your home? Or just looking to refinance?
Are you a veteran and doing a VA loan or refinance? We can help!

Water Smart Testing can test your small lagoon or Sand filtration Effluent to ensure it is operating correctly and below the Limitations on your MODMR Permit.
Waste Water Treatment Plants
Water Smart Testing can also test big and small Waste Water Treatment plants for cities and or industry. You willl need to provide your DNR permit to know what tests need to be run. Water Smart will send you the report that you will turn in to your EDMR.
Water is everywhere - but how can we make sure we take care of it and keep it good for drinking?
Experience
Important Information
Are you looking to cross that bridge and sell or buy a home?? There are certain requirements that must be done - according to the under writer. A Drinking Water Sample is a common requirement. Many times this MUST be done by a 3rd party. Meaning - not YOU or a family member, or neighbor, or the realator of buyer or seller. Many times a home inspection is also required. So be sure to check all your options and be prepared for some extra expense to get your drinking water test run.
Let’s talk about Water
Approximately 70% of the Earth is covered by ocean. It has been estimated that there is 326 million trillion gallons of water. 98% of that water is in the oceans. That leaves less the 3% of the planet's water as fresh. And of that about 1.6% of that water is locked up in the polar ice caps and glaciers. About 0.36% of the fresh water is found in aquifers and wells. That leaves 0.036% in lakes and rivers.... that is still thousands of trillions of gallons.
